The role is responsible to lead the strategic project execution and MIS oversight to enable Partnership Distribution performance growth.

This includes supporting MIS automation and transformation initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency, as well as conducting advanced data analytics to generate actionable insights for business stakeholders. The position plays a key role in shaping and executing strategic initiatives, ensuring successful project delivery, governance, and measurable progress from start to finish. The role also oversees PD project execution, ensuring timely completion, effective issue escalation, and prompt intervention when challenges arise.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Group Partnership distribution to drive MIS transformation and automation
  • Conduct advanced data analytics and insights to drive strategic decisions and improve productivity
  • Program manage and lead the execution of strategic projects across Partnership Distribution e.g. Bank Partnership-specific projects, Group-led strategic initiative
  • Lead the engagement with local business units to assess & review local-led initiatives Maintain high standards of discipline in establishing, tracking of project timeline ensure effective execution & timely delivery
  • Engage with Bank Partners, Local Business Unit (LBUs) and Group Functions teams on project execution Drive cross-functional (pillar) collaboration
  • Support annual strategic planning and budgeting exercise
  • Support preparation and production of regular MIS / reporting packs to key meetings or forums, both internally and externally

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of relevant working experience Previous bancassurance experience highly preferred
  • Strong project management skills Able to lead project activities independently, delivery / execution focused
  • Strong presentation & communication skills to influence and engage with stakeholders across LBUs, Group Functions and Bank partners
  • Good business acumen with a strong understanding of life insurance
  • Advanced excel/MI and PowerPoint presentation skillsets
  • Good team player
