Senior Manager

Your Role

• Manage end-to-end delivery of radio network projects such as new site deployment, network expansions, upgrades, and maintenance activities from planning to production
• Prepare and publish dashboards and report on project progress
• Monitor project performance and make adjustments to meet project objectives
• Work with various Engineering teams and Project Stakeholders to help resolve issues and remove project blockers
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and outcomes
• Ensure all projects comply with applicable safety, regulatory, and company policies
• Lead quarterly updates on project prioritization

To Succeed in the Role

• Bachelor / Degree holder in Business, Management, or Engineering
• Proven experience (3+ years) as a Project Manager or similar role, with a track record of successful project delivery
• Experience in the mobile industry is a plus, preferably in network rollout projects
• Excellent leadership and team coordination skills able to manage multidisciplinary teams
• Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Effective communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Knowledge of telecom industry standards, regulatory requirements, and safety protocols
• Certification in Project Management (PMP, etc.) is a plus
• Fluent spoken and good writing skills in both Chinese and English
