Master's degree or higher in Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field.
6+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of managing end-to-end projects. Background in the semiconductor or fine chemicals industry is preferred. Strong focus on product, quality, and service.
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to coordinate internal and external resources to drive product development.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct market research and analysis to understand market demand, assess the competitive landscape, and evaluate the alignment between internal resources and customer needs.
Support the planning and execution of product line positioning, product roadmaps, pricing, commercialization strategies, and related action plans.
Manage projects throughout the product lifecycle and facilitate cross-functional collaboration (including but not limited to R&D, sales, technical service, supply chain, quality, and operations) to efficiently analyze and resolve issues, ensuring successful product launches in support of the company's strategic objectives.
Execute marketing initiatives, maintain close communication with customers, and provide constructive recommendations for continuous product improvement based on customer feedback.
Product management and upgrades, monitor customer usage feedback, and maintain ongoing coordination and communication with relevant departments.
