We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Manager, Insurance Propositions.

Principal Responsibilities

In this role you will

• Lead the propositions and channel development which is closely aligned with overall Commercial Banking strategy
• Develop and implement customer centric Life Insurance propositions for customers of Commercial Banking through working closely with the frontline team and product partners
• Develop and execute awareness and promotional plans to customers and frontline to support business growth plan
• Support sales strategy and build sales enabling capabilities including a regular review and testing of available solutions
• Support lead generation through working with Commercial Banking frontline team by utilizing available data appropriately
• Manage the product governance processes to ensure all product is appropriately controlled and managed and that reporting requirements are completed

To be successful you will need

• University graduate with solid experience in Business Development or Proposition Development within Life Insurance settings
• In-depth experience in product evaluation and practical bancassurance experience
• Knowledge on prevailing Life Insurance related regulations
• Strong managerial, communications, analytical, organisational and decision making skills
• Fluency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
