To lead Bade site HR operation and guide them with the company human resources direction and common principles and policies so that (1) companys culture can continue to be developed and aligned, (2) a happy, open minded, fair, enthusiastic and performance driven environment is created and maintained, and (3) the best talents are recruited, developed and retained. (4) Staff at different sites are treated fairly by Moxa value.
Implementing and initiating HR programs and policies relating to employment, compensation & benefits, training & development, performance management, cultural development, safety and security, labor legislation and other HR matters that align with corporate policies and values. Advise management of all such matters and assist in building the desirable working environment.
Listen to the voices of Moxa people on their feelings about working in Moxa and Moxa policies objectively and after careful analysis, reflect those issues to top management.
Major Areas of Responsibility
To ensure companys values and culture are properly promoted, aligned, recognized and practiced by all employees by continuous interactive educational programs in all Moxa sites.
To ensure human resources (including recruiting & selection, compensation, performance management, training & development, succession planning, etc.) system implementation that lines up with corporate business philosophy, meanwhile assisting on management effectiveness, elevating employees quality and increasing employee satisfaction.
People Development To ensure all Moxa sites recruit and keep talents, and to effectively train, develop and compensate them in order to build a highly motivated team who will grow with their fullest potential.
Recruitment Be a certified Moxa interviewer and ensure of most suitable talents are hired.
Employee Relations - Act as an objective, unbiased liaison between company and employees who can reach common goals.
Compensation To maintain a sound, business linked compensation system for business units with competitiveness on talent acquisition and retention.
External relations To be on top of externally functional activities and assist on building company desired people image.
Act as employees mentor whenever needed to provide advice or solutions that serve benefit for both company and employees, furthermore, securing the companys credibility and employees loyalty.
To continue gain professional knowledge to update human resource system to improve the overall people strength.
Minimum Job Requirements
Fluent in English and Chinese (both speaking and writing)
Bachelors degree from a recognized university, preferred business or HR major related.
At least 10 years of HR professional experience (in compensation, recruitment and people development functions) with increased responsibility in at least mid-sized reputable multi-national companies for their HR professionalism and management.
At least 3 years of HR supervisory experience
Good track record of human interface and people relationship
Good track in people management and earn respect from people
Good track record of communication and coordination skills
Passionate in people development
High level maturity, flexibility, courage to speak up and non-political
