The Role:
This role will be responsible for aligning systems, programs, and processes worldwide to ensure flawless execution of our global services strategy. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative change agent with a proven track record in operational leadership, process optimization, and global program management.
In this role you will:
- Strategic Alignment: Partner with the APS Services Leader to translate the global services strategy into actionable operational plans and measurable outcomes.
- Operational Excellence: Accountability for design, implementation, and continuously improve global processes, systems, and programs to drive efficiency, scalability, and customer satisfaction. Discipline
- Governance & Performance Management: Establish KPIs, dashboards, and governance frameworks to monitor execution and ensure accountability across regions.
- Change Management: Lead organizational change initiatives to support new processes, technologies, and cultural shifts; foster adoption and engagement across global teams.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with regional leaders, finance, HR, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and seamless execution of services initiatives.
- Risk Management: Identify operational risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity and compliance.
- Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Champion best practices and leverage data-driven insights to optimize service delivery and operational performance.
- Joint Planning & Metrics: Establish shared KPIs and governance forums with sales teams to measure the impact of services on revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Feedback Loop: Leverage insights from service execution to inform sales strategies, enabling data-driven decisions that improve customer engagement and profitability.
