Job Description

Established in 1987 and headquartered in Taiwan, TSMC pioneered the pure-play foundry business model with an exclusive focus on manufacturing its customers products. As of 2024, TSMC serves more than 500 customers and manufactures over 11,000 products for high-performance computing, smartphones, the Internet of Things (IoT), automotive, and digital consumer electronics. It is the world's largest provider of logic ICs, with an annual capacity of 16 million 12-inch equivalent wafers. TSMC operates fabs in Taiwan as well as manufacturing subsidiaries in Washington State, Japan and China, and the Company began construction on a specialty technology fab in Dresden, Germany, in 2024. In Arizona, TSMC is building three fabs, with the first starting 4nm production in 2025, the second by 2028, and the third by the end of the decade.

Job Responsibilities:

Job content

1. Collect and analyze user requirements.

2. Application system analysis and high level design, detail design, system development.

3. Application function testing and release deployment.

4. Application system operation support and user services.

5. Project coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and Implement Change Management Strategies: Create comprehensive change strategies aligned with organizational goals. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop tailored change management plans.

2. Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Build relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication. Address resistance and provide support to ensure smooth transitions.

3. Conduct Change Impact Assessments: Analyze the potential impact of changes on various business units. Develop mitigation plans for identified risks.

4. Training and Development: Oversee the development and execution of training programs to ensure stakeholders are prepared for changes. Manage training delivery and measure its effectiveness.

5. Monitor and Evaluate Change Initiatives: Define and measure success metrics. Monitor progress and implement adjustments as needed.

6. Leadership and Team Management: Lead and support change management team members. Provide coaching and development opportunities.

7. Drive Culture Change: Champion initiatives that foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Encourage adoption of new behaviors, mindsets, and working practices that align with the organization's values and goals.

8. Project Management: Lead and manage change management projects from initiation to completion. Develop project plans, allocate resources, and ensure timely delivery within the defined scope and budget. Use project management methodologies and tools to track progress and address issues promptly.

Job Qualifications:

1. Minimum bachelor degree majoring in Engineering related or Business related or Information Management fields. Those with higher degree preferred.

2. Knowledge of semiconductor process is preferred.

3. Working experience in system analysis, design and development. Those with OOAD and VB, Java Skill is preferred.
