Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Facilities Management leader to oversee the strategic planning, operations, and continuous improvement of a Facilities Management Centre. This role will drive operational excellence, lead multidisciplinary teams, manage large-scale facilities programmes, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Facilities Management Centre, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and service standards.
Develop, implement, and monitor facilities management programmes to enhance operational performance and service delivery.
Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams, contractors, service providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
Oversee facilities operations, maintenance planning, asset management, emergency preparedness, and regulatory compliance.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven decision-making, innovation, and industry best practices.
Manage vendor performance, contract administration, and service quality.
Develop and manage departmental budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost optimisation.
Lead, coach, and develop facilities management professionals to build a high-performing team.
Establish and maintain risk management frameworks to minimise operational disruptions and safeguard assets.
Monitor programme performance and provide regular reporting to senior management.
Requirements
At least 10-15 years of relevant experience in Facilities Management, Integrated Facilities Management (IFM), Real Estate, or related environments.
Minimum 5-8 years of leadership experience managing large-scale facilities operations, programmes, or portfolios.
Possession of CFME Tier 2
WSH and FSM certified
