Senior Manager, Digital Transformation & AI (80k-90k)

We are partnering with a leading enterprise organization to appoint a Senior Manager to lead digital transformation initiatives and drive the adoption of AI-powered solutions across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the organization's technology vision, supporting business process reengineering and digital transformation initiatives, including AI strategy and implementation.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and business stakeholders, identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency through technology and AI-driven solutions.
• Evaluate, recommend, and implement emerging technologies, including AI agents, generative AI platforms, chatbots, knowledge management solutions, workflow automation, and system integration capabilities.
• Work closely with infrastructure, cybersecurity, and application teams to establish technical requirements and develop scalable solution architectures.
• Lead enterprise architecture planning and governance, ensuring technology solutions align with organizational standards, security requirements, and industry best practices.
• Drive cross-functional digital initiatives and oversee the successful delivery of transformation projects across multiple business units.

Key Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 10-15 years of experience in business systems, technology transformation, or digital initiatives, including at least 5-7 years in a leadership capacity.
• Strong commercial and business acumen with proven experience delivering enterprise AI solutions and digital transformation projects.
• Hands-on experience with leading technology platforms such as AWS, Microsoft, Google Cloud, OpenAI/ChatGPT, Feishu, or equivalent ecosystems.
• Demonstrated track record in enterprise application environments, including ERP, property management, asset management, or other large-scale business systems.
• Solid experience in data transformation, application integration, automation, and enterprise technology modernization programs.
• Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across executive, business, and technical teams.
