Job Detail:

Corporate Development is responsible for driving the Group's growth agenda by identifying and executing on inorganic and major partnership projects. As a Senior Manager, the candidate is expected to support the development of the inorganic strategy, identify potential targets, and manage and execute the transactions. Key activities:

• Target screening, due diligence and valuation
• Work closely with different functional experts, including Risk, Legal, Finance and Tax
• Robust quantitative analysis
• Strong project management
• Solid working relationship with external advisers ensuring maximum value add
• Support the development of high quality Exco materials to facilitate decision making

Experience & Competencies Required:

• 6-8 years of working experience. Previous experience in M&A preferred
• Bachelors degree
• Strong commercial acumen
• Effective communication, influencing and negotiation skills
