About the role

Key Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen relationships with senior stakeholders in strategic accounts to drive client value, revenue growth, solution adoption, and customer satisfaction.
• Identify and develop new Strategic Consulting opportunities in partnership with Sales and Customer Success teams.
• Provide strategic advisory services on GISstrategy, architecture, governance, operating models, business processes, andprogram delivery.
• Deliver consulting engagements and Enterprise Advantage Program (EAP) services to achieve measurable client outcomes.
• Manage project financials, including revenue planning, project costs, and timesheet reporting.
• Maintain accurate consulting pipelines and business forecasts in Salesforce.
• Coordinate internal resources to ensure successful project delivery.
• Act as a trusted advisor, keeping clients informed on product strategies, roadmaps, and key technology updates.

About you

To be successful you will need to bring along:

Qualifications and experience, skills and behaviours.

• Degree in GIS, Geography, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of consulting, advisory, or client-facingexperience.
• 10+ years of GIS experience, preferably with Esri technologies.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to solve complex business challenges and lead transformational change.
• Recognized expertise in GIS strategy, governance, and enterprise implementation.
• Leadership potential and a passion for developing trusted client partnerships.
