We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Lending Product Manager.

Principal Responsibilities

In this role you will:

  • Drive portfolio profitability: Lead strategies to optimise growth of interest-bearing balances, margins, and profitability across IWPB markets, ensuring sustainable value creation
  • Shape strategic delivery: Steer Project Elevate's portfolio management workstreams, aligning global, regional, and country stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes
  • Optimise risk-reward trade-offs: Collaborate with business, credit risk, and fraud risk teams to refine policies, decisioning frameworks, and authorization parameters - Balancing portfolio quality with improved approval and utilisation rates
  • Harness data & technology: Partner with Data & Analytics and digital teams to enhance segmentation, decisioning models, and predictive analytics for sharper portfolio actions
  • Accelerate commercialisation: Work with country teams to refine credit line increase, balance build, and pricing strategies, ensuring initiatives translate into profitable, customer-centric growth
  • Provide thought leadership: Influence senior stakeholders and embed portfolio optimisation as a core discipline across IWPB, while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
Requirements

In this role you will:

  • Deep expertise in retail lending products and lifecycle management, with proven success in portfolio optimization
  • Strong grasp of credit and fraud risk concepts, including risk-reward frameworks, policy design, and decisioning
  • Demonstrated ability to use data-driven insights, digital tools, and advanced analytics to unlock portfolio growth opportunities
  • Track record of designing customer-centric strategies that drive both profitability and loyalty
  • Skilled at navigating regulatory requirements across diverse markets while delivering business outcomes
  • Exceptional senior stakeholder management and influence skills, with the cultural agility to work across global teams
