Job Description

Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering with a Singapore-based client to appoint a Senior HR Specialist to support and strengthen its internal people and organisational capabilities. Reporting directly to senior management, you will take ownership of a broad, cross-functional portfolio spanning human resources and corporate operations, with a high degree of visibility and autonomy.

In this role, you will combine hands-on HR operations with a strong focus on organisational development and process improvement. Your responsibilities will include managing recruitment coordination, onboarding and offboarding processes, preparing employee lifecycle documentation, maintaining personnel records, and liaising with external vendors on payroll administration. You will also oversee work pass applications and compliance matters, while supporting employee insurance, communications, and day-to-day HR operations.

A central mandate of this position is to strengthen and formalise internal processes and people frameworks. You will be responsible for reviewing and developing HR and administrative policies, maintaining employee handbooks and standard operating procedures, and driving consistency across organisational practices. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will identify process gaps, recommend practical improvements, and enhance clarity around reporting structures, job scopes, and workflow coordination. You will also support the implementation of performance management processes, KPI frameworks, and broader talent development initiatives, alongside contributing to business-wide projects.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related discipline, with approximately 6 to 8 years of relevant HR experience and a solid understanding of Singapore employment practices. You are highly organised, proactive, and comfortable operating independently in a lean environment. Strong communication and documentation skills are essential, complemented by a solutions-oriented mindset and a genuine interest in building and improving systems and processes.

This represents a compelling opportunity for an HR professional who thrives in a dynamic, founder-led environment and enjoys partnering closely with senior leadership. You will have the opportunity to take full ownership of the organisation's people agenda while shaping, implementing, and embedding practical and impactful HR practices as the business continues to evolve.
