Requirements
What we expect from you:
- Responsible for full spectrum of HR duties with a focus on C&B administration, payroll, P-fund administration, taxation, insurance renewal etc
- Assist in annual HR projects including manpower planning, budget preparation, performance management and salary proposal etc
- Prepare regular HR reports for management review
- Responsible for ad-hoc HR projects e.g. system development, review of policies, procedures and guidelines
- Foster employee communications, organization of company functions and employee relations activities
- Any other tasks as deem necessary by manager

Our Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in HR related role
- 2 years+ solid experience in payroll and benefits administration
- Experience in using HRIS NUEiP and/ or Bamboo HR is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office applications e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
- Good command of both English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
- Customer oriented, detail-minded, a good team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Positive and proactive attitude and with strong sense of responsibility
- Immediately available will be an advantage
