關於這個職位

  • Glints 為客戶旗下在台灣工作的員工提供人資與薪酬營運服務。我們正在尋找一位具備實務經驗的資深人資與薪酬營運專員,負責完整的人資與薪酬作業,並重點處理較複雜的員工關係、人員離退及勞資爭議案件。
  • 這是一個高度實務導向的職位,除了日常人資與薪酬營運外,也會需要良好判斷力、熟悉台灣勞動法規及實務,並需直接與員工、客戶及主管機關有效溝通。
  • 你將與區域及台灣的人資同仁密切合作。隨著台灣業務持續成長,你也會有協助優化流程、改善工作方式、共同建立及完善台灣營運模式的機會。

你將負責

  • 員工完整的到職與離職流程,包括自願離職、資遣及其他員工在職期間的相關事務。
  • 依照台灣相關法規及公司內部控制要求,準確並準時完成薪酬作業。
  • 就台灣聘僱提供建議,並確保日常工作符合勞基法及相關法令
  • 負責法定到離作業,包括勞工保險、全民健康保險及勞工退休金等相關申報與作業。
  • 主責處理較複雜的員工關係案件,包括勞資爭議、調解及資遣案件。需評估案件情況,向相關利害關係人提出合適的處理建議,並視需要代表或協助公司與勞保局、勞資爭議調解委員及其他相關單位進行溝通與協調。若有爭議案件,需於台灣境內出差。
  • 及時回覆員工及客戶的問題,並持續跟進後續事務直至妥善解決。
  • 隨著台灣團隊成長,持續維護及優化SOP、相關文件及營運流程。

我們希望你具備

  • 目前居住於台灣,並能在工作需要時於台灣境內出差。
  • 具備台灣人資及薪酬營運相關實務經驗。
  • 熟悉台灣勞基法及相關法令要求,包括勞工保險、全民健康保險及勞工退休金制度。
  • 具備處理員工關係案件的實務經驗,例如終止聘僱、勞資爭議、勞資調解或資遣案件。
  • 能夠妥善處理敏感或具挑戰性的溝通,並能專業地代表公司與員工、客戶及外部主管機關進行協調。
  • 注重細節、具備良好判斷力,並能在有限監督下獨立處理及推進案件。
  • 具備良好的中文及英文書面與口語溝通能力。
  • 能同時管理多項工作優先順序,並對案件負責到底,直至完成處理。

About the role

  • Glints supports the HR and payroll operations of Taiwan-based employees working with our clients. We are looking for an experienced Senior HR & Payroll Operations Associate to manage end-to-end HR and payroll operations, with particular ownership of complex employee relations, termination and labour dispute matters.
  • This is a hands-on role covering both day-to-day operations and more sensitive cases that require sound judgement, strong knowledge of Taiwan employment practices and the confidence to engage directly with employees, clients and local authorities.
  • You will work closely with regional and local HR colleagues. As our Taiwan operations continue to grow, you will also have the opportunity to strengthen processes, improve ways of working and help shape how the local operation is run.

What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end employee onboarding and offboarding, including resignations, terminations and other employee lifecycle matters.
  • Manage payroll operations accurately and on schedule, in accordance with Taiwan regulations and internal controls.
  • Provide practical guidance on Taiwan employment requirements and apply the Labour Standards Act appropriately to day-to-day HR matters.
  • Manage statutory administration, including Labour Insurance, National Health Insurance (NHI) and Labour Pension contributions.
  • Take ownership of complex employee relations matters, including labour disputes, mediation, terminations and redundancy cases.
  • Assess cases, advise stakeholders on appropriate courses of action and support settlement discussions where necessary
  • Represent or support the company in discussions with the Labour Bureau, mediation committees and other relevant parties when required.
  • Travel within Taiwan when in-person support is required for sensitive or escalated cases.
  • Respond to employee and client enquiries promptly and ensure operational issues are followed through to resolution.
  • Maintain and improve SOPs, documentation and operational processes as the Taiwan team grows.

What we are looking for

  • Currently based in Taiwan and able to travel domestically when required.
  • Relevant hands-on experience in HR and payroll operations in Taiwan.
  • Strong working knowledge of the Taiwan Labour Standards Act and local statutory requirements, including Labour Insurance, NHI and Labour Pension.
  • Practical experience handling employee relations matters such as terminations, labour disputes, mediation or redundancy cases.
  • Comfortable managing sensitive conversations and representing the company professionally with employees, clients and external authorities.
  • Strong attention to detail, sound judgement and the ability to manage matters independently with limited supervision.
  • Good written and spoken English and Mandarin.
  • Able to manage competing priorities and take ownership of cases through to resolution.
