Job Description

  • Oversee payroll operations for overseas entities, ensure compliance.
  • Monitor/interpret overseas regulatory changes.
  • Manage vendor & Employer of Record (EOR) relationships.
  • Evaluate vendor performance, costs, compliance risks.
  • Provide analysis on overseas pay structures/benefits.
  • Support merit review/salary adjustment cycles.
  • Advise HRBPs/local HR on compensation/tax impacts.
  • Ensure governance & audit compliance, develop standardized payroll reporting.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes.
