Job Description
- Oversee payroll operations for overseas entities, ensure compliance.
- Monitor/interpret overseas regulatory changes.
- Manage vendor & Employer of Record (EOR) relationships.
- Evaluate vendor performance, costs, compliance risks.
- Provide analysis on overseas pay structures/benefits.
- Support merit review/salary adjustment cycles.
- Advise HRBPs/local HR on compensation/tax impacts.
- Ensure governance & audit compliance, develop standardized payroll reporting.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes.
