You will act as the key link between our Global HQ and the local community, ensuring our corporate standards are successfully adapted to the Thai context while building strong roots in the local region.

Responsibilities:

1. Policy Adaptation & Global Alignment (Primary Focus)

  1. HQ Policy Localization: Take global HR frameworks and employee handbooks provided by Global HQ and adapt them into compliant, culturally relevant local policies for the Thai workforce.
  2. Internal Governance: Ensure that all newly adapted policies align with both global corporate values and strict Thai Labor Law requirements.
  3. Management Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for Global HQ to communicate local implementation progress and project milestones.

2. CSR & Community Relations (Primary Focus)

  1. Strategic CSR Leadership: Design and lead the plant's CSR roadmap, focusing on building long-term, positive relationships with the local Ayutthaya community and government stakeholders.
  2. Greenfield Public Relations: Manage the company's public image during the construction and commissioning phases, ensuring transparent and proactive engagement with local neighbors.
  3. Environmental & Social Compliance: Work closely with project teams to ensure all community-related permits and social impact standards are met.

3. HR Operations & Technical Support (Secondary Focus)

  1. Talent Acquisition Support: Assist the central TA team or external agencies with local hiring logistics, candidate coordination, and onboarding for the initial plant startup team.
  2. Performance & C&B Support: Provide administrative support for the implementation of performance appraisal systems and the rollout of compensation structures as defined by the regional office.
  3. Compliance Coordination: Support the department in maintaining HR records, audit-ready documentation, and ensuring general adherence to labor standards.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  2. Core Expertise: Significant experience in CSR, specifically within a manufacturing environment.
  3. Policy Adaptation: Proven ability to translate and adjust high-level Global/HQ policies into practical, local operational procedures.
  4. Community Relations: A strong track record of managing CSR projects and navigating local government/community relations during a project's Greenfield or setup phase.
  5. Language Skills:Excellent command of English (written and verbal) is essential for direct reporting to and coordination with Global HQ.
  6. Operational Mindset: A hands-on coordinator who is comfortable supporting various HR functions (Recruitment, Payroll, Admin) during the intensive plant startup period.
  7. Work Schedule: Must be available to work 6 days per week during the plant setup and commissioning phase.
