Senior HR Manager (HR Business Partner/Human Resources/ Talent Acquisition)
We are partnering with our client to search for an experienced Senior HR Manager.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the full spectrum of Human Resource functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, and HR operations
Partner with senior management on manpower planning, organisational development, and workforce strategies
Provide guidance and support to managers on employee matters, ensuring fair, consistent, and effective people practices
Drive performance management processes and support employee development and succession planning
Strengthen employee engagement and foster a positive and productive work environment
Support and participate in internal and external audits, ensuring HR practices meet required standards and compliance requirements
Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, regulations, and internal policies, including across regional operations where applicable
Maintain proper HR documentation, policies, and governance standards
Requirements
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
At least 10-15 years of relevant HR experience, with leadership responsibility
Experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment preferred
Exposure to audits and regional HR operations will be an advantage
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Hands-on and able to balance strategic and operational responsibilities
