Job Description

Senior HR Manager (HR Business Partner/Human Resources/ Talent Acquisition)

We are partnering with our client to search for an experienced Senior HR Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the full spectrum of Human Resource functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, and HR operations

  • Partner with senior management on manpower planning, organisational development, and workforce strategies

  • Provide guidance and support to managers on employee matters, ensuring fair, consistent, and effective people practices

  • Drive performance management processes and support employee development and succession planning

  • Strengthen employee engagement and foster a positive and productive work environment

  • Support and participate in internal and external audits, ensuring HR practices meet required standards and compliance requirements

  • Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, regulations, and internal policies, including across regional operations where applicable

  • Maintain proper HR documentation, policies, and governance standards


Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  • At least 10-15 years of relevant HR experience, with leadership responsibility

  • Experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment preferred

  • Exposure to audits and regional HR operations will be an advantage

  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

  • Hands-on and able to balance strategic and operational responsibilities
