Senior Game Product Planner

<Responsibilities>

1. Execute game development from concept to launch and support live operations post-release.
2. Propose and design game features, with the ability to independently produce full planning and design documentation.
3. Plan systems and in-game events based on genre characteristics and product lifecycle rhythm.
4. Track execution results and conduct performance analysis to drive continuous optimization.
5. Collaborate and communicate effectively across departments.
6. Monitor and analyze market trends within the gaming industry.
7. Conduct game experience analysis and product data analysis to improve overall performance.

<Required Skills>

• Experience in developing or operating at least three game titles, with experience serving as a project lead on at least one title.
• Strong project management and time management skills, able to deliver project goals on time and with quality.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly express ideas and collaborate effectively within a team.
• High numerical sensitivity, strong stress resilience, proactive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and team-oriented mindset.
• Independent problem-solving ability, with original ideas about games and openness to others perspectives.
• Good communication skills and teamwork capabilities, with basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Passionate about games and actively engaged in playing them.

<Preferred Skills>

• Deep knowledge of the Roguelike genre.
• Proficiency in English or a second foreign language.
• Experience using AI tools to support work execution.
• Familiarity with global markets including Korea, Japan, the United States, and Southeast Asia.
