Work content:

• Assessing inquiries and appeals from employers, employees and intermediaries

• Assisting in handling complex cases and contacting customers when necessary

• Instructing teams to ensure service quality

• Complete tasks assigned by bosses

Requirements:

• Talk or above

• Have MPF Or better experience in the customer service center

• Understanding English and Mandarin

• Strong communication skills and able to solve problems
