About the Role
We are seeking a highly efficient Senior Full Stack Engineer who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You are not just a coder; you are a problem solver who knows how to leverage modern tools to ship value faster.
You will bridge the gap between our Django backend and React frontend, ensuring our system is robust, scalable, and user-friendly. Most importantly, we look for developers who deeply integrate AI tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Copilot, etc.) into their daily workflow to accelerate development, debugging, and documentation.
What You Will Do
- Full Stack Development: Build and maintain features across the entire stack using Python (Django) and React.js.
- AI-Powered Efficiency: Utilize AI coding assistants and LLMs to drastically reduce boilerplate coding time, accelerate refactoring, and optimize logic (we value output and intelligence over manual typing).
- LLM Integration: Work closely with our core LLM features to integrate AI outputs into the user application layer.
Qualifications (Required)
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Backend Mastery: Strong proficiency in Python and the Django framework (DRF).
- Frontend Mastery: Proficiency in React.js (Hooks, State Management) and modern CSS/UI libraries.
- AI Tool Proficiency:Demonstrated ability to use AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Copilot, etc.) to code faster, debug smarter, and learn new libraries on the fly. You should treat AI as your pair programmer.
- System Design: Solid understanding of database design, RESTful APIs, and architectural best practices.
- Communication: Proficient in Chinese and English (Written and Verbal).
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
- Cloud & DevOps: Hands-on experience with AWS (EB, ECS, EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS) and Docker/Containerization.
- LLM Frameworks: Experience building with LangChain, LangGraph, or Dify.
- Mobile Context: Basic understanding of mobile app development constraints (collaborating with mobile teams).
- Remote Work: Previous experience working effectively in a fully distributed, asynchronous team.
