Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the ongoing development and enhancement of finance and accounting processes, reporting frameworks, and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, accuracy, and data visibility across entities.
- Participate in system enhancement projects, including requirement gathering, workflow mapping, user acceptance testing, and validation to ensure alignment with operational needs.
- Contribute to the documentation of policies, workflows, and system procedures to support governance and sustainable digital adoption.
- Monitor implementation outcomes and gather user feedback to recommend refinements and support continuous improvement.
- Assist in month-end and periodic closing processes, including preparation of financial schedules and reporting outputs as required.
- Support compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and statutory requirements across entities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor'sdegreeinAccounting,Finance,orarelateddiscipline.
- Qualifiedaccountant(CPA,ACCA,orequivalentprofessionalqualification).
- FluentinEnglish and Cantonese, Mandarinisanadvantage.
- 3yearsofrelevantexperience,includingauditexperiencein CPA, andcommercial field.
- Solidunderstandingofaccountingprinciplesandfinancialreportingstandards.
- Stronganalyticalmindsetwithstructuredproblem-solvingskillsandattentiontodetail.
- Proficientinworkingwithaccountingsystemsanddigitaltools.
- Goodcommunicationskillsandabilitytocollaborateacrossteamsandfunctions.
