Senior Finance Manager, Private Equity Fund (Hong Kong) (CLOSED)

Our client is an established Private Equity Investment Firm. They are looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Finance, to join their team. This position is based in Hong Kong.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute the private equityfund accounting and finance
• Assist in guiding and coaching junior members in the team
• Cover fund accounting, capital calls and distributions etc
• Prepare/Review monthly quarterly financial work papers for portfolio companies/ SPVs
• Work with external stakeholders such as tax advisers, auditors etc to manage the reporting process
• Manage cashflow and capital requirements for the funds
• Liaise with investment team toprovide them support from accounting and finance perspective during investment transactions
• Other ad-hoc tasks

Key Requirements

• At least 7 years of Fund Accounting / Finance experience in the Private Equity industry, preferably with buyside experience.
• Strong fund accounting technical skills
• Good communications and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor degree in Accounting or qualified accountant
