Participate in property management of Chinachem Group's managing premises.
Ensure designated properties are complied with Law and regulations and being managed up to the standard of the Group including maintenance, safety, security and cleaning etc.
Assist in preparing and monitoring of annual management budget and expenses.
Assist in monitoring of central procurement procedure.
Assist in preparing presentations and PowerPoint.
Assist in arranging tenders/ contracts for management & maintenance work.
Attend OC/IO meetings.
Maintain good relationship with occupants and organize promotional activities
Liaise with the Government authorities and public bodies
Bachelor Degree holder in property management or related discipline
Minimum 5 years relevant experience in property management preferably with developers or management companies
Experienced in handling IO meetings issues and E&M issues will be an advantage
Knowledge in DMC and the BMO
Good communication skills in English and Chinese
Good at writing reports, letters in English and Chinese
Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
Property Management Practitioner License Holder under PMSO is preferred
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Executive Officer
