The incumbent works closely with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The role supports workforce planning, talent development, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness to drive business performance.
The incumbent serves as a trusted advisor and the first point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Partnership
Partner with business leaders to implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
Support workforce planning to address manpower needs and retention challenges.
Employee Support & Relations
Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related matters, including policies, employee relations, and workplace concerns.
Advise managers on employee relations, disciplinary matters, and HR best practices.
Support employee engagement initiatives to improve morale and retention.
Talent Development & Performance Management
Support learning and development initiatives to strengthen workforce capabilities.
Identify skills gaps and coordinate training programmes.
Guide managers on performance management, including goal setting and performance reviews.
Support succession planning and career development initiatives.
HR Operations & Administration
Support day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, exits, and employee records management.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of HR documentation, employment letters, and employee lifecycle transactions.
Coordinate payroll inputs, leave administration, attendance matters, and benefits administration with relevant stakeholders and shared services teams.
Maintain accurate HR data, reports, and employee records in HR systems.
Support HR audits, reporting, and documentation to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline HR processes and enhance employee experience.
Diversity and Inclusion
Support initiatives that promote gender equity and an inclusive workplace culture.
Ensure fair and consistent HR practices across teams.
Recruitment & Workforce Planning
Work with the Talent Acquisition team to maintain a steady pipeline of talent.
Support manpower planning and workforce optimization.
Compliance
Ensure HR policies comply with employment laws and company regulations.
Support HR best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably in an HR Business Partner role
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
Good business acumen and stakeholder management skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Positive and proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and attention to accuracy
