We are a fast-growing gaming company looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our team. This role will work closely with stakeholders in Singapore and China, playing a key role in driving people strategies that align with business goals.
You will partner with leaders, support organisational growth, and help shape a strong, collaborative culture across regions.
Job Responsibilities
- Act as the primary HR point of contact for assigned business leaders, providing practical and balanced HR guidance while ensuring a strong understanding of business strategy and effective implementation of HR practices
- Partner with team leaders and management on workforce planning, organisational development, and key people-related matters
- Support and advise on HR policies, employment practices, and employee relations issues
- Collaborate with Heads of Department to develop and execute people plans aligned with business strategy
- Proactively identify people risks and development needs, and recommend and implement effective solutions
- Coach managers on performance management, effective feedback, and leadership capability development
- Lead performance review cycles and support continuous performance management processes
- Drive the implementation of company-wide HR and people initiatives
- Champion and promote company culture and values through the planning and execution of cultural programmes and initiatives.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in any field a background in Psychology would be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with exposure to HR business partnering or employee relations.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
- Experience supporting multiple stakeholders across operational environments.
- Familiarity with Singapore employment regulations and HR practices.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across functions.
