Key Responsibilities
. Utilize digital tools to monitor and optimize pension administration processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and service delivery standards.
. Support the design and implementation of a tech-driven quality control framework, leveraging data analytics and process automation to enhance operational efficiency.
. Investigate and resolve customer complaints and operational incidents using advanced problem-solving techniques and digital solutions, while preparing comprehensive reports for stakeholders.
. Lead and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements, ensuring seamless integration of new technologies and platforms.
. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support trustee onboarding and data migration projects, ensuring data accuracy and system reliability.
. Continuously review and update procedures and guidelines, incorporating fintech innovations to improve quality management, complaint resolution, and regulatory reporting.
. Take ownership of ad-hoc projects, exploring innovative solutions to drive process improvements and operational excellence.
Requirements
. Bachelor's degree or equivalent education.
. 2-4 years of experience in pension administration, with at least 1 year of experience in internal control or quality control monitoring preferred.
. A fintech mindset with a strong interest in leveraging technology to solve problems and improve processes.
. Proficiency in digital tools and platforms, with advanced skills in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Experience with data analytics tools is a plus.
. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions.
. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
. Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese at a business level.
. Fresh graduates or candidates with less experience but a demonstrated passion for fintech and quality assurance will be considered for the Executive, Quality Assurance position.
