Position Summary:
- The Wet Etch & Cleans Engineering Organization is seeking a motivated and collaborative Senior New Product Development (NPD) Engineer to design, develop, and support innovative liquid filtration products that drive long-term business growth. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies in semiconductor manufacturing and contribute to global technical solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead New Product Development (NPD) initiatives from concept to commercialization.
- Apply Design of Experiments (DOE) and statistical analysis to optimize filter performance.
- Collaborate with global technical teams and customers to ensure alignment and successful criteria.
- Deliver clear, concise technical reports and presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers across cross-functional teams.
- Publish technical work at internal and external conferences.
- Support projects with up to 10% travel.
Qualifications and Preferred Skills:
- 3+ years work-related technical experience
- Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Experience in the following areas is preferred:
- Web handling, roll-to-roll processes
- Pleating
- Plastic bonding and other assembly techniques
- Clean room manufacturing
- Project leadership experience
- Willing to be hands-on as needed in lab and clean room manufacturing environments
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP, PowerBI) and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent English communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and technical reporting
