Position Responsibilities:
Category Strategy & P&L Management
- Full accountability for category profitability, including revenue, margin, and profitability.
- Develop and execute growth strategies with business goals and evolving market dynamics.
- Lead both 1P vs. 3P marketplace strategy development and execution in collaboration with internal and external partners.
Inventory & Demand Planning
- Lead demand forecasting and collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure optimal inventory levels, replenishment, and sell-through.
- Proactively identify and resolve supply chain risks to maximize product availability.
Promotion & Advertising Management
- Own the promotional calendar, budget, and execution for your assigned categories.
- Analyze promotional effectiveness and provide actionable, data-driven recommendations.
- Manage Amazon Advertising campaigns, including strategy, budget allocation, and performance optimization.
Product Listing & Content Excellence:
- Oversee ASIN creation, product detail page (PDP) setup, and lifecycle management for your assigned categories.
- Ensure product listings are fully optimized for SEO, conversion, and compliance with Amazon guidelines.
- Provide feedback on creative assets for new product launches, including images, A+ content, and brand store assets.
Customer Experience & Operational Health
- Monitor reviews, ratings, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Oversee customer Q&A and ensure timely, accurate responses.
- Proactively manage operational issues such as suppression, availability, and listing health.
Data & Market Analysis
- Analyze Brand Analytics, Business Reports, and Advertising data to identify growth opportunities.
- Deliver comprehensive performance reports with insights and recommended corrective actions.
- Conduct full-funnel analytics to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of direct, hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller/Vendor Central.
- Experience with other marketplaces (Best Buy, Walmart, eBay, Target, Shen, Temu, etc.) are a plus.
- Proficient in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a Business, Finance, Marketing or related field preferred.
- Ability to understand, translate, and map business questions into analysis projects.
- Familiarity with SEO tools and keyword research methodologies (e.g., Helium 10, Keepa, Stackline, or similar).
- Strong organizational skills with a disciplined approach to managing processes.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (V/H-lookups, pivots, in-cell formulas).
- Effective communicator, able to convey insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Intellectually curious, analytical, impact driven, and confident in sharing recommendations.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Computer Accessories or Consumer Digital Products is highly preferred.
- Proficient in Amazon Vendor Central/Reporting.
- Savvy ecommerce shopper.
