Responsibilities
Operational Excellence & Strategy
Define and drive KPI frameworks to ensure consistentservice, quality, and productivity outcomes. Lead continuous improvement andtransformation initiatives across warehouse and logistics operations.
Customer Management & Growth
Strengthen strategic relationships with key customers toensure long-term retention and satisfaction. Proactively drive contractrenewals and identify opportunities to expand existing business.
Financial Performance & Commercials
Own P&L, ensuring profitability through cost control,budgeting, and financial discipline. Implement gain-share and cost optimisationinitiatives that benefit both customers and DHL.
Resource & Infrastructure Optimization
Align workforce, warehouse infrastructure, and systems formaximum efficiency and performance. Drive capability building and foster ahigh-performance operational culture.
Safety, Compliance & Innovation
Ensure full adherence to safety, regulatory, and riskmanagement standards across operations. Leverage data, technology, andinnovation to solve logistics challenges and enhance outcomes.
Requirements
10+ years in logistics, supply chain, or warehouseoperations, with significant leadership experience.
Proven track record in managing large-scale, multi-siteoperations and P&L responsibility.
Strong strategic thinking and execution capabilities.
Ability to lead large teams and influence cross-functionalstakeholders.
Deep knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics processes,and supply chain solutions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
