Job Description

You will contribute to the total customer satisfaction by providing services via telephone and emails in a tactful and timely manner.

Responsibilities:
.Handle insurance customers enquiries via telephone and emails
.No sales is required
. Perform shift duties Mon-Fri: 09:00 - 18:00
.42.5 work hours per week

Requirements:
.Form 5 Graduate or above
.Good interpersonal and communication skills
. Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin
.Fresh Graduate will also be considered
.Working Location: Sheung Wan
. IIQE 1, 2 required
