Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the visual creative design related to the Lemon8 brand, surroundings, illustrations and operations, and can independently complete the main visual design, including but not limited to event design, brand cooperation and peripheral derivatives design 2. Participate in creative proposals for various types of projects, gain insight into different perspectives, collaborate with business ideas, and provide overall creative visual solutions 3. Be able to control a variety of design styles, and have their own thinking and practice on international, young, and trendy design trends 4. Be able to work independently and lead a project design team to complete work collaboratively, and have excellent visual expression skills and logical thinking 5. Be able to deeply understand demand ideas and product appeals, proactively communicate and promote projects, be able to grasp key points and prioritize them, and be able to track and analyze results after going online to make optimizations and adjustments.
Qualifications
1. Have more than 3 years of visual design work experience and have solid design skills 2. Attach importance to and recognize the use of AIGC trends in visual design, and those with relatively mature AIGC project experience are preferred 3. Proficient in conventional design software, and those with work experience in brand design, design studios, creative hot stores, etc. are preferred 4. Have solid art skills, good personal aesthetics, love design, have international aesthetics and creative thinking, and understand international design trends 5. Have good communication skills and teamwork spirit, effectively connect upstream and downstream business, and promote the implementation of complex projects. Bonus points: 1. Good English and can be used as a working language 2. Proficient in using AIGC design tools and having practical output.
