Te apasiona la optimizacin, la automatizacin y la transformacin digital Buscamos un Consultor Senior Arquitecto de Procesos con visin estratgica y experiencia slida para liderar proyectos innovadores en entornos corporativos y altamente regulados.

Who You Are

Formacin:

• Grado, Licenciatura o Ingeniera Superior en Ingeniera Industrial.

Idiomas:

• Ingls nivel C1.

Experiencia Profesional

• +10 liderando proyectos de optimizacin y automatizacin de procesos en entornos industriales y regulados.

• Experto en diseo e implementacin de arquitecturas de procesos orientadas a eficiencia y alineadas con objetivos estratgicos.

• Dominio del ciclo completo del proceso: diagnstico, rediseo, modelado (BPMN, SysML, UML o similares), automatizacin y mejora continua.

• Liderazgo en iniciativas de transformacin digital e hiperautomatizacin con herramientas como Bizagi, UiPath, Power Platform, SAP y MES.

• Enfoque consultivo y estratgico, trabajando con stakeholders de alto nivel para integrar procesos, tecnologa y cultura organizacional.

Conocimientos Principales:

• Modelado BPMN y herramientas como Bizagi, Visio, Signavio, Creatio, ProcessMarker o similares

• Automatizacin RPA (UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism o similares) e integracin con ERP (SAP, Oracle, Siebel).

• Minera de procesos (Celonis, UiPath, ProcessMind, Minit).

• Metodologas giles (Scrum, Kanban).

• Metodologas de mejora continua: Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, DMAIC y reingeniera de procesos.

• Gobernanza de procesos, definicin de KPIs y gestin del cambio.

• Capacidad analtica para identificar cuellos de botella, evaluar ROI y definir hojas de ruta de automatizacin.

Certificaciones valorables

• BPM, RPA, Process Mining, Inteligencia Artificial, Gestin y Anlisis de Datos, Metodologas giles.

Requisitos de seguridad

• Participacin en Proyecto con requerimientos en Habilitacin HSEM, HSES, OTAN, EUCI, ETC....
