About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join our HR team and play a key role in shaping competitive, data-driven, and sustainable reward practices across the organization.
In this role, you will work across compensation management, workforce budgeting, people cost analytics, executive rewards, and incentive programs, while partnering with HR and business stakeholders to ensure our reward strategies effectively support business priorities and organizational growth.

What You'll Do
1.Compensation Management & Analytics
- Conduct internal and external compensation analyses to assess market competitiveness and internal equity.
- Support the development, review, and continuous optimization of the company's compensation framework and practices.
- Support payroll operations, bonus administration, annual salary reviews, and compensation settlement processes.
- Review and consolidate payroll and compensation data across subsidiaries, ensuring accuracy and consistency while generating actionable insights.
- Evaluate the effectiveness and allocation of compensation-related resources, including allowances, employee benefits, and incentive programs.
- Coordinate statutory reporting and administration related to individual income tax, labor and health insurance, supplementary premiums, and other compensation-related regulatory requirements.
2.Workforce Planning & People Cost Management
- Partner with business units in developing annual workforce budgets aligned with organizational goals and business plans.
- Monitor headcount and analyze workforce costs to support effective resource planning and management.
- Consolidate and analyze monthly workforce reports, providing insights into headcount and people cost trends.
3.Executive Rewards & Strategic C&B Programs
- Support the design and enhancement of executive compensation and incentive programs.
- Support Compensation Committee-related activities and required analyses.
- Drive and coordinate employee share ownership initiatives.
- Participate in annual payroll-cycle audits and follow through on improvement actions.

- Demonstrates strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and exceptional attention to detail.
- Is comfortable working with complex, multidimensional datasets and translating data into meaningful business insights.
- Has a solid understanding of personnel cost management and the inter-dependencies among compensation, payroll, workforce planning, and HR programs.
- Brings hands-on experience in compensation management within a corporate group or multinational environment; experience of this nature will be highly valued.
