Job Description



We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Senior Card Specialist (Sales) II.

Principal responsibilities:
  • Solicit new applications through roadshows
  • Handle customer enquiries on credit card application and deliver customer-focused solutions
  • Achieve assigned sales targets
  • Keep abreast of latest development of the unsecured lending business and recommend corresponding business strategies as appropriate

Requirements:

Secondary Education holder or relevant qualifications Minimum 3 years relevant experience, with exposure to credit card acquisition is an advantage Ability to work under pressure, flexibility to work in different locations and willingness to work on Sundays and public holidays Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua is an advantage High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
