A global sportswear company is seeking a Senior Compensation and Benefits Specialist for the Taiwan branch in Taipei. The role involves managing payroll and designing effective compensation and incentive systems to support both office and retail teams. What You'll Do

Day-to-day responsibilities focus on ensuring seamless salary calculations for both office staff and retail associates while developing reward programs that inspire high performance.

  • Oversee monthly salary calculations for all employees across office and retail locations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain an effective reward system that aligns with the organisation's sales policies and drives positive outcomes for the sales team.
  • Collaborate closely with HR colleagues to ensure compensation structures remain competitive, fair, and responsive to market trends.
  • Provide expert guidance on tax law and labour standards, ensuring all payroll activities adhere strictly to legal requirements.
  • Support managers in understanding incentive schemes to effectively motivate their teams towards shared goals.
  • Monitor compensation data regularly to identify areas for improvement or adjustment, keeping the organisation ahead of industry benchmarks.
  • Prepare detailed reports on payroll operations for senior management review, highlighting successes and recommending enhancements.
  • Serve as a dependable resource for staff queries related to pay, benefits, incentives, and regulatory compliance.

What You Bring

  • At least five years of proven experience managing payroll and compensation & benefits functions within the retail industry, with an understanding of the unique challenges faced by sales teams.

  • Exceptional attention to detail when handling sensitive financial information for diverse employee groups.
