Role Overview

My client is expanding the team by recruiting senior sales experts with proven track records in B2Bcrypto(Web3), and/or AI solution spaces. The focus is on driving business development and cross-selling their suite of commercial payment solutions (virtual cards, data solutions, APIs, and emerging tech integrations) to enterprises, fintechs, and institutions in Taiwan.

This role targets talents who excel at consultative selling of complex technical/financial solutions in high-growth areas like crypto/Web3 and AI.

Prior direct experience selling their specific products is not requiredstrong, demonstrable sales success in these domains is the priority.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop short- and long-term strategies with regional experts to roll out, localize, and maintain technical commercial solutions (e.g., virtual cards, data solutions, APIs).
  • Grow and manage a portfolio of existing commercial card issuance partners; build strong relationships with key issuers.
  • Identify, structure, and close deals with new prospects, B2B partners; upsell solutions using a consultative, value-driven approach.
  • Execute go-to-market plans for key accounts; collaborate with local account teams and regional SMEs to accelerate revenue.
  • Spot new revenue opportunities and capability enhancements aligned with business objectives.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in relevant industries (ERP consulting, financial services, payment fintechs), with proven sales success selling/implementing complex technical/financial solutions, platforms, or APIs to enterprises, fintechs, SMEs, or institutions.
  • B2B sales experience in crypto/Web3 (e.g., blockchain, stablecoins, tokenization) and/or AI solutions.
  • Demonstrated consultative sales track record: distilling client needs, navigating constraints, crafting value propositions, and consistently closing high-value deals.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills for cross-functional initiatives and stakeholder influence.
  • Creative mindset with evidence of product differentiation and measurable business impact.
  • High professionalism, strong relationship-building, and ability to earn trust with partners.
  • Self-motivated team player who works independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken) for global client and internal communication.
  • Passion for payments/technology, especially emerging areas like crypto and AI.
