Role Overview
Support establishing company-wide marketing strategy and implement marketing methods by channel to support implementing and accomplishing Coupang&aposs mid to long-term business strategy and sales goals
What You Will Do
- Develop market intelligence about the workforce pool in the area of fulfilment centres.
- Understand market dynamics, price sensitivity and then design and maintain data base to take decisions on manpower strategy.
- Ability to maintain, arrange and present data with actionable pointers
- Optimize marketing campaigns to maximize ROI and improve candidate acquisition and retention.
- Work on product requirement build capabilities to improve efficiency of marketing spend.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, operations, and product teams to align marketing efforts with recruitment goals.
- Analyze market trends and candidate behavior to identify and capitalize on recruitment opportunities.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor&aposs degree in marketing, communications or related field
- 5-7 years of progressive marketing experience in HR, Fulfillment center, logistics.
- Proficiency with marketing automation and analytics tools
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- Excellent ownership, communication and presentation abilities
- Attention to detail and data-driven decision making
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
