You will be responsible for defining and executing B2B (Business-to-Business) sales strategies for corporate clients within the Agricultural and Industrial Products sector. Your main goal is to drive sales revenue, achieve annual targets, and manage long-term relationships with key accounts to ensure sustained business growth.
Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Sales and Business Growth
- Develop and execute strategic corporate sales plans that align with company policy and boost market competitiveness.
- Monitor sales performance to consistently achieve targets and increase market share.
- Prepare and manage annual sales forecasts and detailed sales budgeting.
2. Client Management and New Business Development
- Acquisition: Actively seek out and develop new corporate clients and markets, focusing on both domestic and international sales opportunities.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing key clients to ensure high satisfaction and loyalty.
- Financial Control: Oversee and follow up on the timely and complete collection of receivables from customers.
3. Operational Support
- Support corporate marketing activities and other company initiatives, including CSR programs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of robust experience in International Sales or Corporate B2B Sales.
- Experience in corporate sales within the Agricultural Products/Agro-Chemicals sector (e.g., fertilizers) is a major advantage.
- Proven ability in strategic planning and sales budgeting. Knowledge of laws/regulations related to the agricultural industry.
- Good English Proficiency (speaking, listening, reading, and writing) for communication with international contacts.
