Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive financial advisory services to high-net-worth clients, including investment planning, wealth management, and insurance solutions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and risk profiles to offer tailored solutions
- Collaborate with the Bancassurance team to cross-sell and up-sell insurance products to clients, ensuring a seamless customer experience
- Analyze market trends and client needs to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the bank's products and services, as well as regulatory and compliance requirements
- Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives to achieve team and individual targets
- Provide training and mentorship to junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the financial services industry, preferably in a client-facing role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to understand and interpret financial data
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service
- Thorough understanding of the bancassurance industry, investment products, and wealth management solutions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFP, CFA) would be an advantage
