Job Description:
- Learning Strategy & Execution: Plan, manage and implement L&D initiatives, including Learning Needs Analysis and competency frameworks
- Content Development and Instructional Design: Develop impactful training content, particularly in soft skills and leadership topics. Apply instructional design and adult learning principles across in-person, blended, and eLearning formats
- Training Delivery: Deliver engaging training sessions tailored to employees at various levels, using varied delivery methods to ensure relevance, interactivity, and application
- Project Management: Demonstrate strong project management skills to manage multiple L&D programs concurrently, ensuring clear timelines, stakeholder coordination and successful delivery
- Learning Collaboration: Collaborate closely with subject matter experts to diagnose learning needs and curate relevant training solutions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a relevant field
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Learning & Development with ability to deliver training across diverse topics; experience in eLearning development is a plus
- Strong proficiency in content creation, critical thinking, creative problem-solving, and results orientation
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
- Proactive and self-driven, capable of working independently with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- A fast learner with strong coordination abilities and project management expertise
- Highly organized with attention to detail and a commitment to quality
