Responsibilities
- Utilize technologies such as RedHat, Windows, JBOSS, SpringBoot, MQ, AMQ, NGINX and more to ensure reliable system operations and middleware performance
- Manage and enhance projects, including integrating user request and service ticket data into dashboards for improved visibility and reporting
- Collaborate with business users and the wider technology team to support key initiatives and drive continuous improvement
- Research and stay up-to-date with new technologies, automation management, and the IT marketplace to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation
- Harden systems and processes to ensure robust and secure operations
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of site reliability engineering and middleware technologies
- Proficient in project management, data integration, and dashboard development
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience in researching and implementing new technologies, automation, and IT best practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
