Job description:
- Plan and lead cross-regional GTM and integrated marketing initiatives, including budget planning, target definition, and performance management.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to support local marketing teams in strategy development, execution planning, and delivery quality oversight.
- Monitor market dynamics, user insights, and competitive activities to develop differentiated and actionable marketing strategies.
- Analyze marketing performance and key metrics, optimize strategies based on insights, and produce performance and analysis reports.
- Manage and communicate with external partners to ensure project timelines, quality standards, and performance targets and expectations.
- Own regional-level communication and deliverables, including marketing plans, proposal decks, progress updates, and post-campaign reports.
Skills / experience required:
- 4+ years of experience in Marketing or Product Marketing.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate marketing performance and adjust strategies based on data insights.
- Proven ability to independently develop marketing strategies, proposals, and presentation materials, and to lead projects from concept to execution.
- Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills, with experience in project management and process execution.
- Fluent in spoken and written English, able to work effectively with international teams.
- Passion for games, with a foundational understanding of player culture.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working across global or regional markets.
- Experience managing external partners such as industry partners, creative agencies, media agencies, or event vendors.
- Prior experience in the gaming industry.
