Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end bond trade settlement (subscriptions, redemptions) and reconciliation with custodians/brokers
Supervise corporate action processing and bond coupon/maturity payments
Ensure accurate FATCA and regulatory reporting data preparation
Oversee investment product GL entry booking
Collaborate with stakeholders on projects and system enhancements
Drive and support UAT for system upgrades and bug fixes, including data verification
Identify and implement operational process improvements and ensure strong internal controls

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree
Minimum 5 years of experience in Banking, Securities, or Custody operations
At least 5 years of experience in settlement operations and corporate actions processes
Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Required Certifications: Securities Certificate (), Internal Audit and Control Certificate ()
Preferred Certifications: Trust Certificate ()
Project or system enhancement experience is beneficial
Good command in English reading and writing
Ability to work under pressure with strong attention to detail
