The Role

Technical Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Unix/Linux system administration (AIX, RHEL).

• Solid knowledge in:

  • Patch management and vulnerability remediation.

  • Shell commands and basic scripting (Python or Bash).

  • Incident/change management tools such as , , or .

  • ITIL v3 or v4 processes for service operations.

  • Disaster Recovery procedures and system recovery validation.

• Desirable knowledge of AWS or Azure Fundamentals.

• ITIL v3 Certification (mandatory).

• Technical certifications in AIX, Red Hat, AWS, or Azure (preferred).

Language

• Intermediate English (able to read and understand technical documentation).
