3-5 years of experience in digital assets, custody, fintech, or financial services product management. Must exhibit flexibility and be able to quickly adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic and sometimes ambiguous environment where new challenges arise and priorities shift. Strong understanding of wallet technologies (hot, cold, MPC), blockchain protocols, and digital asset transaction flows. Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements (e.g., OFAC, AML, Travel Rule). Experience working with third-party vendors and managing cross-functional projects. Excellent communication and documentation skills ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders. Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with tokenized assets, stablecoins, or digital cash initiatives preferred. Exposure to enterprise onboarding platforms and custody account structures preferred. Prior involvement in DAC-related initiatives or governance processes preferred.
