Productivity Metrics
To perform on-site service for IBG SME business located in south of Taiwan and support Taipei SME cases at
hub:-
- To supervise the routine works in documentation checks and facility activation in an efficient manner at Kaohsiung hub, reporting to Central hub head, and ensure adhere to existing policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements
- To perform a Checker role for facility activation and various systems inputs in an efficient and accurate manner
- To monitor the approval credit conditions/terms, collateral value, earmark, pledging and releasing collaterals, limit excess, SMEG controls etc. and escalate to managements
- To perform in legal documentation check for pre-activation and follow-up on the outstanding documents
- To handle safekeeping of documents in fire-proof vault as per TW regulatory requirement
- To prepare/check various credit control reports
- Support SME RMs in solving their queries and provide advice/solutions to expedite facility onboarding
- Involved in regional projects, systems UAT etc. and group initiatives assigned by management
- Support Taipei CCU whenever needs
- Any other assignment as required by supervisor
Skillsets Required
- Minimum 5 years of Corporate Banking experience; credit control relevance is a plus
- Detail-oriented, willing to perform hands-on work in a meticulous way
- Ability to supervise multi-task and work across multiple projects with competing priorities and deadlines
- Good people management, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge in Credit products & ROC documentations
- Good PC skills in Microsoft Office
- Good understanding of data structure, system infrastructure
- English proficiency is a plus
