MEASURES OF SUCCESS
In three months:
. Gain an in depth understanding of the programmatic landscape
. Be trained on the various Platforms & Tools and how insight and analytics fits into the
bigger team
. Assist in the day-to-day operations of the Operations Team and take ownership of pre-
campaign to post-campaign requirements.
In six months:
. Manage and be responsible for branding campaigns from start to completion
. Generate meaningful insights for post campaign reporting
. Incorporate and recommend other aspects of the business including audience planning and
insight, products and Proprietary Media as part of the overall campaign execution.
In 12 months:
. Be responsible and manage campaigns of all KPIs from start to completion
. Drive the agency and client engagement with demonstration of insightful programmatic
learning and data driven audience strategy
. Test and learn different optimization strategies and knowledge share with the team
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE:
. Manage digital & mobile campaigns to ensure smooth implementation, delivery, optimization,
reporting and overall operation, while constantly looking to make improvements
. Work closely with technology providers to address and resolve process and technical issues
throughout our business workflow
. Learn to utilize and troubleshoot new and emerging technologies to ensure client campaigns
work effectively and as successfully as possible
. Attend agency meetings to provide technical advice for campaign set-up in order to meet campaign objectives . Constantly look to improve internal/external processes . Actively engage in learning about other/competitor technologies and offerings
