Senior Assistant Manager / Manager, Human Resource
Reporting to the Deputy Director, the role is responsible for Employee Relations and Industrial Relations. The role manages the organisation's employee relations activities including disciplinary matters and investigations, and will collaborate and partner the union to enhance labour relations with an aim to foster positive work environment.
