Job Description

Job Scope:

  • Manage employee relations matters, including grievances and disciplinary cases
  • Conduct workplace investigations and support conflict resolution
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment regulations
  • Review and enhance HR policies and practices
  • Deliver training related to employee relations and workplace conduct
  • Analyse employee relations trends and prepare reports
  • Support industrial relations matters and maintain positive employee relations

Requirements:

  • Experience in Employee Relations and Industrial Relations
  • Hands-on experience managing employee grievances and disciplinary cases
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR practices
