- Manage employee relations matters, including grievances and disciplinary cases
- Conduct workplace investigations and support conflict resolution
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment regulations
- Review and enhance HR policies and practices
- Deliver training related to employee relations and workplace conduct
- Analyse employee relations trends and prepare reports
- Support industrial relations matters and maintain positive employee relations
Requirements:
- Experience in Employee Relations and Industrial Relations
- Hands-on experience managing employee grievances and disciplinary cases
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR practices
